Chef Jason Huffine, one of the Culinary Institute of America’s finest, is busy in the kitchen, creating masterpiece after masterpiece using local ingredients such as Misty Knoll Chicken, Boyden Beef and seasonal greens. As a member of the Vermont Fresh Network, La Villa and Chef Jason are committed to supporting local agriculture.
An enduring favorite is the Flank Steak Bruscetta, grilled exactly to your liking. If salad is your preference, try the surprising and varied Pear Gorgonzola Salad—a delightful combination of greens, roasted pears, gorgonzola, dried cranberries and almonds. And of course one of our signature pasta dishes is the Pasta Carbonara, made with sweet peas, onions, garlic, prosciutto and penne with a parmesan cream sauce. Mmmm.
For more casual meals, choose one of the ten different pizza combinations or the juicy Boyden Beef Burger served with proscuitto crisp, provolone cheese and topped with caramelized onions.
